Zhongya Machinery has successfully provided a 2000t/d gold ore processing plant for South Africa. We designed the flow chart of the beneficiation plant and the layout of the plant according to the ore conditions, provided a full set of plant equipment, and sent Chinese engineers to the mine site to provide guidance on plant installation and commissioning.
1.Crushing
Due to the large particle size of the raw ore, it needs to be crushed into suitable particles. The loader feeds the raw ore into the vibrating feeder, which feeds the material evenly into the jaw crusher for the preliminary crushing process.
2. Grinding
The crushed material enters the ball mill through the feeder for fine particle size treatment. In this grinding process, we must first clarify the particle standard requirement of each ore.
3.Selection
Through the flotation machine to select are in line with the standard gold ore powder.

This production line meets my requirements very well, and it has been running well from installation to now, which makes me feel very relieved, and I plan to continue to buy this beneficiation equipment in the new plant.
