Vibrating screen is the main vibrating screening machinery and equipment to deal with hard-to-screen materials internationally. It has the process characteristics of large amplitude, large vibration intensity, lower frequency and flexible screen surface. It has the characteristics of high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, convenient replacement of screen plate and cost reduction. The structure of vibrating screen sieve adopts multi-segment screen surface vibration, while the sieve box and frame do not participate in the vibration of the movement mode, so that the sieve achieves large-scale. Vibrating screen is used for quarry screening sand and gravel, and can also be used for product classification in coal beneficiation, mineral processing, building materials, electric power, chemical industry and other industries.
Vibrating screen is mainly composed of eccentric block exciter, screen box, motor, support device, etc. Its vibration track is circular, for circular motion, is a kind of multi-layer number, high efficiency vibrating screen motor through the tyre coupling to drive the exciter, the eccentric block high-speed rotation produces a strong centrifugal force, so that the screen box for a forced continuous circular motion. The material is driven by this movement, and it makes continuous throwing movement on the inclined screen surface, and when it falls down, it will pass through the screen with particles, and the grading of particle size will be completed in this process.
