Process Introduction

Rising gold prices in recent years have further stimulated rapid development in the gold industry. With the reduction of high-grade gold reserves, gold ore gold beneficiation process has gradually become the mainstream trend of global gold beneficiation. The gold content in gold ore is very low, so the gold beneficiation process must crush, grind, and sort the ore. The mining industry more widely applies gravity separation and flotation for gold beneficiation. Gravity separation plays a very important role in alluvial gold production. Gold Flotation Production Line is a widely used beneficiation method in rock and gold ores.

Gold ore processing plant workflow

1:Crushing
The loader feeds the raw ore into the vibrating feeder, and the vibrating feeder feeds the material evenly into the jaw crusher for the preliminary crushing process. If required, a cone crusher or hammer crusher can perform secondary crushing to produce properly sized particles.

2:Grinding
The crushed material passes through the vibrating screen into the ball mill, through the mill for fine treatment
Required equipment: ball mill, spiral classifier

3:Separation
Gold ore gravity separation: gravity separation process is to rely on the medium fluid and a variety of mechanical force of the combined effect, through the creation of suitable loose layer and separation conditions, to obtain different density and size of the particles. The method is only applicable to single dissociated gold ore.
Gold Ore Flotation: The flotation machine receives the slurry, mixes it with added chemicals, and agitates the mixture to extract the valuable ore powder.Aerated by stirring, so that the mineral particles selectively fixed in the air bubbles; floating to the surface of the slurry is scraped out to form a foam product, the rest of the slurry is retained in the slurry, in order to achieve the purpose of separating the minerals
Required equipment: flotation machine, magnetic separator, shaking table

4: Drying
the obtained gold powder is fed into the desiccant for drying to get the required material.

The selection and combination of these equipments depends on the nature of gold ore, beneficiation process and production scale and other factors. In practical applications, engineers select and configure equipment based on specific conditions to optimize beneficiation efficiency and economic returns.
