Process Introduction

Sand production plant equipment workflow

1.The raw material enters the jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then transferred to the secondary crusher by the belt conveyor.The commonly used models for the secondary crushing process are impact crusher or cone crusher.The stone materials are sorted by the vibrating screen, and the stones that meet the size standard are sent to the sand making machine, and the materials that don't meet the required size will be returned to the crusher machine for further processing. In the wet type, the screen can be added with a water spray system to remove impurities in advance

2. In order to get clean finished material, sand washing machine can be selected for cleaning, the sand washing machine can be selected according to the site conditions of wheel sand washing machine or spiral sand washing machine, after the cleaning process, clean finished sand can be obtained.
