Magnetic separation process:
Magnetic separation is a beneficiation method that makes use of the magnetic difference of minerals in the ore to achieve the separation of minerals in the non-uniform magnetic field. Magnetic separation is mostly used for magnetic ferrous metal oxide minerals, such as magnetite, vanadium and titanium magnetite, hematite, ilmenite, and also used in the beneficiation of magnetic pyrite.

Flotation separation process:
flotation machine is mineral beneficiation and purification of commonly used equipment, flotation machine can be flotation of metal minerals mainly including copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold, etc. and other oxidised minerals separation. Flotation machine can also flotation of non-metallic minerals including sulfur, phosphorus, limestone, potash, salt ore, etc.
The flotation process mainly consists of jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, flotation machine and rotary dryer.
